Defendants Sam Ikkurty and Jafia, LLC’s reply to plaintiff Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s opposition to defendants’ third application for attorneys’ fees.

Defendants Sam Ikkurty (“Mr. Ikkurty”) and Jafia LLC (“Jafia”) (together, “Defendants”) respectfully submit this reply to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (the “CFTC’s” or the “Commission’s”) Opposition to Defendants’ Third Application for Attorneys’ Fees [Dkt. #210] (the “CFTC’s Opposition”). The CFTC’s latest arguments against the Fee Application are merely a semantical distraction from the Commission’s lack of evidence in this case.
