LIQUIDATE CRYPTOCURRENCY IN RECEIVERSHIP
ESTATE

Pursuant to the Court’s Minute Orders of August 2, 2023 [D.E. 199] and August 14, 2023
[D.E.209], Investor Dr. Sreekanth Kanagarla (Kanagarla) joins in the Objection to Receiver
James A. Kopecky’s Motion to Liquidate Cryptocurrency in Receivership Estate [D.E. 196] that
was filed by investors R.A. Raja Reality, LLC, Clearview Family Limited Partnership, Blue Peak
Ventures, LLC, Yamini Kalla, Nikhil Kalla, and Nitin Kalla [D.E. 241]. In support of the
foregoing, Investors would show the Court as follows:

Investor Kanagarla invested $200,000.00 in Rose City II through Seneca Ventures, LLC.
Dr. Kangarala hereby joins in the Objection [D.E. 241] filed by R.A. Raja Reality, LLC, Clearview
Family Limited Partnership, Blue Peak Ventures, LLC, Yamini Kalla, Nikhil Kalla, and Nitin
Kalla.
